One-bedroom apartment (T2) with an additional sleeping alcove, 39m², featuring a balcony. Located on the first floor of a small residence comprising 11 apartments, it includes a private entrance and a 45m² private garden. Free, secure internet access is provided. The property is situated next to the main ocean beach parking area, 500 meters from the saltwater lake, and a 10-minute walk from the town center, with shops nearby. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen (3-burner induction cooktop, microwave, mini-oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and washing machine). There is a sofa bed, a bedroom (9.60m²) with a double bed (140cm), and a sleeping alcove (6.60m²) with a bunk bed (two 90cm mattresses). The unit also includes a shower room/WC, TV, radio, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. Local activities include beach visits, cycling (with access to bike paths), forest hiking, fishing, and surfing. The location is also ideal for exploring the Landes region, the Basque Country, and Spain.

General terms and conditions of rental

Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
For bookings, a 25% deposit of the rental cost is required, along with a €60 security deposit payable upon arrival. Regarding cancellations, please refer to the "general rental terms and conditions" attached to the rental agreement: once the deposit has been paid, the booking is considered final.
